Cindy Goss is the Founder and President of Propel Business Solutions, Inc. and she is known as a branding and marketing expert in the field. Cindy’s years of successful experience in the corporate arena, working with Anheuser Busch, Ingram Micro and M-Tel Corporation, provided her the experience and desire to found Propel Business Solutions in 2007.

Cindy’s greatest passion is helping large and small-to-medium size companies create competitive advantage by developing breakthrough branding and marketing campaigns that drive new business. One of the things Cindy is most proud of is her team’s expertise to generate tangible results in a multitude of industries including legal, accounting, technology, insurance, human resources, executive recruitment, commercial real estate, renewable energy, among others.

In the for-profit sector, Cindy led diverse teams and opened new revenue streams for publically-traded, technology corporations and received various awards of excellence. In the non-profit arena, she held executive-level positions with Orange County non-profit organizations, serving the homeless, women in crisis, and people living with disabilities. Cindy also provided strategic, fund development services to an international humanitarian organization, operating in 23 countries and throughout the US.

Cindy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and in Marketing from California State University-Fullerton and she served as Education Chair for the Social Enterprise Institute. In 2014, Cindy was nominated for the Orange County Business Journal’s Women in Business Award and she was nominated for NAWBO Orange County’s Remarkable Women Award. Cindy is currently an active Board Member for Second Harvest Food Bank, an Ambassador for Women Helping Women, and serves as a mentor for the National Association of Women Business Owners of Orange County (NAWBO).

Brittany Soto is an award-winning, Senior Art Director and Graphic Designer with over 17 years of extensive design experience . Brittany is a highly skilled and intuitive designer who understands how to integrate content and design to “distill the essence” of a company and communicate it on many digital platforms. One of the things our clients love about Brittany’s work is how quickly she can understand the vision they have in their “minds’ eye” and how she makes this a reality through design.

Brittany’s experience includes successful marketing and communications for both the private and public sectors and in a diverse range of industries. Her complex designs include notable websites, multimedia presentations, high-end corporate collateral of all kinds and video graphics. Brittany studied Graphic Design at California State University, Long Beach and won an Addy Award from the Inland Empire Ad Club.

Bala has over 15 years in the technology industry and has successfully led teams who are highly skilled in Mobile/Web Applications, eLearning and Animation. Bala also has experience in business intelligence, ERP solutions, product development and management. From an industry perspective, Bala has had success in diverse industries including enterprise, automotive, education, technology and medical. Bala also holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering.

Dana King is an Internet Marketing Strategist and a true business problem solver at heart. Dana is fluent in technology, marketing and product/project management. Dana stays on top of emerging Internet behaviors and trends that are rapidly changing the way business is done and she helps our clients consistently drive competitive advantage.
